As its name says, this is a museum especially for children! Once your kids visit the Santa Fe Children’s Museum, it will become their favorite place!

The Museum offers more than 30 hands-on, interactive and educational exhibits as well as a 1.5-acre garden, magnetic building tables, a dress-up puppet theatre and so much more! There are also many special events and weekly programs if they want to have an excuse to go back!

At the Museum of Natural History and Science kids will learn about dinosaurs, New Mexico’s wildlife, and so much more through amazing exhibits.

They will also be able to visit the Planetarium and see incredible events on space and the universe! If this is not enough, the Dynatheater shows 3D educational movies for kids to enjoy while they learn something new! Both children and adults will enjoy the Museum of Natural History and Science.

Childhood is always full of curiosity, and most kids often feel very attracted to space and the universe.

If this is the case for your child, then the New Mexico Museum of Space History is the right place to visit! Kids will learn about rockets, missiles and space technology. From rocket experiments exhibitions to a mock-up of the International Space Station, there’s plenty to see and enjoy!

Is there anything more enriching than seeing the actual ancient structures of a culture? Aztec Ruins National Monument is the keeper of a community of archaeological sites along the Animas River.

Visitors can go on an Aztec West self-guided tour, and children can become a Junior Ranger and pledge to protect the national parks! One of the many educational places for kids in and around Albuquerque!
