The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center’s Native American Student Art Show has been a valued tradition since 1979, nearly as long as the center itself. It was established to celebrate the creativity of children, recognizing that their artistic expressions lead to a vibrant future filled with imaginative possibilities. The youth are the custodians of their culture, bringing unique and authentic perspectives to the forefront. Through their participation in the IPCC’s Native American Student Art Show, they have the opportunity to convey these perspectives visually and explore this year’s theme through storytelling.
The IPCC is pleased to announce the 44th Annual Native American Student Art Show, which will feature artwork from Native American students in grades K-12 across New Mexico. This exhibition will take place in the Artists Circle Gallery from November 23, 2024, to February 6, 2025.
